I am remiss in not posting a review last December. I had a revision carpal tunnel surgery last December on my left hand, my original surgery was approximately ten years prior. I give her the highest marks for knowledge, empathy, communication skills and especially her technical skills. I had the procedure with only a local anesthetic and the suture line looked like it was drawn with an ultra fine marker and is virtually invisible now. My neurological symptoms were immediately resolved and have not returned. I formerly worked in health care and have seen many orthopedists for a variety of knee, shoulder, hand and wrist and ankle injuries, including a recent visit to a Resurgens shoulder guy who was truly pathetic. He spent all of three minutes with me two of which were standing in the doorway.Dr. Lamikanra is exactly what an excellent surgeon is supposed to be. I highly recommend her and plan on using her again for my other hand in the next few months.
